Capping for fixing granite

In October, 2008, “Variant” Factory Ltd. has run in a serial production its new product – capping for fixing granite, which is used for mounting of ventilated facades.

Capping is designed in accordance with new methods of fixing granite and intended to facilitate the work of installers. Capping enables to carry out facing works during the whole year. It is made of solid stainless steel of 1mm thickness, thus, long-life service of the facade is achieved. Besides, the wish of designers to select the color of the capping according to the color of granite is taken into consideration. At the same time, all the devices are covered with high-quality powder coating of desired color on the system RAL at the factory.

It should be noted that facing walls with granite using a solution requires from the surface to be prepared (trimming, smoothing, etc.), but there is no need in these preparations when using capping, moreover, it is possible to hide all the defects of the surface.

Fixing with capping allows to repair facade or to replace separate parts of it without destroying the overall design of the exterior wall. This facade technology is suitable not only for new buildings, but also for ones already in the long run.
