- Casing elements should be mounted horizontally. Anchoring should be made as follows: upper side with anchoring 15,0 and back nut; lower side with foundation strainer and perforated tape. Due to this, wall thickness can be made with step of 5 cm. Each casing element should be equipped with 2 foundation strainers. Concreting height is up to 0,90 m.
- Maximum concreting height 1,20 m Foundation strainers are connected to the girth rails with clamping bolts 4-8 cm. Upper anchoring is made by angle stops. While using frames of 2,85 m it is necessary to mount 3 foundation strainers and 2 anchoring angle stops. While using frames of 3,30 m it is necessary to mount 4 foundation strainers and 2 anchoring angle stops.
- Frame element (1,35 х 1,35) m in vertical position. It is enough to set one raw of anchors by height. It is essential to mount one raw of cross-bars on upper edge.
- Foundation elements in horizontal position in narrow foundation pit. Each element requires 2 angle stops for anchors. In case of very narrow excavation, lower anchors can be changed to cross-bars.
- Supporting structure for casing elements
In case if the element width 0,90 m, the foundation clamp can be anchored above the concrete.
Upper installation of the anchors using angle stops has following features:
- anchoring above the element - no anchor holes and pipes needed;
- anchors does not come unhinged, anchor plates are not sliding down;
- it is possible to pick free distance between anchors.
