Supporting and adjusting braces

We will be glad to see you on exhibition ANGA Cable 2009, which will take place 26 - 28 May in Cologne Fair Grounds, Hall 10.2, stand K48, Cologne, Germany

Braces provide casing stability against wing and facilitate adjustments of casing elements.

Adjusting braces

Adjusting brace consists of:
  1. Spindle block
  2. Spindle, without supporting articulate plate
  3. Intermediate post 3,70 m
  4. Intermediate post 2,40 m
  5. Spindle, with supporting articulate plate.

(Quantity and types of intermediate posts are shown in Table)

Main rule for choosing adjusting braces: Adjusting brace length should be 1,2 bigger then the distance from the place where casing elements installed to casing girth rail.
