“Variant” — versatile frame formwork system to meet any requirements

The “Variant” frame formwork is a turnkey system that includes the components ensuring proper operational and handling safety, and allows for quick task performance.

Well-thought-out raster of components allows optimal suitability for any in-site conditions.

The “Variant” system perfectly suits the formworking applications:

• large- and small-size walls;
• foundations;
• columns and pylons.

"Variant" frame formworking – reliable endurability

Due to use of reinforced profiles at frame formwork panels manufacturing, both at edges and panel center, the following high sustaining capacity of components is guaranteed:

• for wall panels — 85 kN/m²;
• for versatile panels — 100 kN/m²,

which is a feature contrasting the “Variant” frame formwork to similar products of other manufacturers.

Special profile of components is both more robust against loads at concrete casting, and facilitates replacement of formwork plywood, as compared to the similar components of other manufacturers.

Flat sheets used, with no special cutouts required for anchor holes.

Panels are made of 21 mm thick plywood.

The plywood is fastened with self-tapping screws to the external side of panels, which ensures smooth surface contacting with concrete.

Plywood is easy and cheap to replace.

Combination of “Variant” frame formwork elements

     As the manufacturer of “VARIANT” frame formwork, we recommend to use only the original components from “VARIANT” LLC when performing any construction works.

     Under certain conditions, the components of “VARIANT” frame formwork can be used in aggregate with components from other manufacturers. In that case, however, you shall have to independently define the compliance of such formwork components.

     The stable operation of “Variant” frame formwork is not guaranteed in cases when its components are employed in combination with other-type items.

     Due to small amount of employed components, the “VARIANT” frame formwork features a 15-cm pitch regardless of application type (vertical or horizontal).

     Well-thought-out elements facilitate and quicken formwork handling, and rejects the need of expensive equipment combinations. High sustaining capacity of 85 kN/m² and long lifecycle ensure efficiency of “Variant” formwork for any wall formworking tasks.
