Moving of the casing elements by means of bearing cramp

1. You can safely move big bundles of casing elements by crane using bearing cramp. During moving with bearing cramp support provided automatically.
Permissible total load of the bearing cramp is 1000 kg.
It is possible to lift up to 30 m2 of casing on two bearing cramps.
2. It is necessary to fasten bearing cramp on the element juncture to prevent cross bending.
   Exclusion: Bearing cramp should be fastened on cross profile while the element is positioned horizontally.
3. Bundle of elements should be hanged symmetrically to the center of gravity (see pic. 4)
4. Highest hanging angle is 60° (see pic. 4)
   Attention! Take away all unfastened parts from casing and scaffolds before moving.
5. Bearing cramp should be set on the casing elements is as follows:

	Pull up the lever up to the end
	Push in the bearing cramp in the frame profile up to the stop and pull down the lever
	Ensure by visual check that the bearing cramp fastened to the frame profile! Protective lever should be closed! Lift up the casing


Attention!
• 1.Check the bearing cramp for damages and visible deformations (straining) before each use.
• Use on damaged (bended) profiles not allowed.
• Strongly prohibited to tear away the casing from concrete using bearing cramp!
• Make annual tests of the bearing cramp for carrying capacity.
• Maintenance should be done at manufacturer’s plant only.
