Modular scaffolding
Application Modular scaffolding is designed for finishing work and repairs of building facades.
Features Modular scaffolding is attached to the wall with grips, connected to the embedded elements in the walls of the building.
Features: quick mounting \ dismantling, secure fixing, high load capacity, no small connection elements that are easy to loose, minimal use of additional and special items during the mounting procedure of modular scaffolding of any complexity.
The facility can be used indoors as well as outdoors with the following ambient conditions:
- temperature, ˚С . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ±40;
- relative humidity, % . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 45÷98;
- maximum wind load, kPa . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0,3.

Modular scaffolding elements description
Standards (pos1,2) are the main parts of skeleton. It is a steel pipe with rosettes welded along the pipe so can be fixed with other elements of the construction with a wedge. The lower part of a standard is bearing.
There are centering elements on the top of the standard to insert it one into another. Rossetes on the standard are located with a certain pitch to fix the frame, cross-sectional and diagonal braces at different height.
Screw jack (pos4) is used for the standard to be installed on it and to adjust the height of a standard.
Upper standard (pos3) is used for the handrail of the upper tier to be installed on it.
Ledger (pos5) and transom (pos6) are the rails which have a coupler with a captive wedge for rigid connection to the standard.
Handrails are to fence the working area.
Frames (pos7) are also equipped with captive wedge to connect them to the standards. Frames are the basic element for the construction to be rigid in the horizontal plane. Frame is assigned for the deck to be placed on it.
Ladder (pos8) is to be installed on the transom (pos6) and used for staff replacement between the tiers of scaffolding.
Ladder support (pos9) is installed on the ladder (pos6) on the first tier of scaffolding.
Diagonal brace retainer (pos10) has a coupler with a captive wedge to be fixed to the rossete of a standard and has a clamp to fix a diagonal brace.
Coupler (pos12) and swivel coupler (pos13) serve for fastening grips (pos11) to the skeleton of scaffolding.
Board (pos14,15) are installed between the tubes of standards (pos1,2) and upper standard (pos3) and are designed to prevent from falling tools and materials on the floor.
Diagonal braces (pos16,17) are used to provide rigidity of scaffolding under the influence of the lateral (wind) loads.
Standard retainer (pos18) is a clamp designed to connect standards (pos1,2) and upper standard (pos3).
