Frame scaffolding
APPLICATION: Frame scaffolding is designed for finishing work and repairs of building facades as well as for plastering of buildings.
FEATURES: Frame scaffolding is a frame-tiered system made of tubular struts: supports, frames, longitudinal and diagonal bracing, joined in the process of mounting.
Frame scaffolding is a construction that can be easy and quick mounted without small assembly parts and screw connections. The peculiarity is that frame scaffolding is composed of horizontal frames-decks and vertical frames. To assemble scaffolding is quite easy: vertical frames are inserted into screw jacks, frames are joined together by means of nozzles on the principle of "pipe in pipe". With the help of reed (a lever) lock fastening ties is very fast, easy and reliable, and light weight of frame does not cause any difficulties during assembling. At the same time, its width provides sufficient working area, and a pitch between frames – quick mounting.
The use of additional components (console, farms, etc.) can change the workspace of forests and to give their designs to the desired configuration. The workspace of scaffolding can be changed and the necessary form of the construction can be made with the help of additional components (brackets, girders, etc.).
Scaffolding is attached to the wall with grips, connected to the embedded elements in the walls of the building.
Connection of the elements of scaffolding is carried out by means of centering elements arranged on the standards, clamps, rigidly fixed to the frames, clamps removable, couplers.
The facility can be used indoors as well as outdoors with the following ambient conditions:
- temperature, ˚С . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ±40;
- relative humidity, % . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 45÷98;
- maximum wind load, kPa . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0,3.

Scaffolding elements application
Vertical frame (pos1) is a basic element of scaffolding and meant to bear all other elements of the structure. The lower part of it is bearing.
There are centering elements for the frames to be mounted one into another. A channel in the upper part of the vertical frame is used for mounting of ladders (pos10) and frames (pos7). There are three self fixing pins on the vertical frame: two of which are used for installation of guard rails and the third one – for installation of diagonal elements (pos23).
A screw jack (pos2) serves as a basis for the first lift of scaffolding and its height adjustment.
Bottom cross brace (pos3) is used for frames (pos1) to be placed on it.
Upper vertical frame (pos4) and upper L-shaped vertical frame (pos5) are used for guard rails and diagonal braces to be placed on them.
End guide rail (pos6) should be fixed to the retainer of the vertical frame (pos1,4) and to the opposite frame with a coupler. It is used to ensure safety during work.
Frame (pos7) is placed on a channel of frame (pos1), designed to ensure rigidity of scaffolding structure in longitudinal plane and mounting of decks on it. Frame removal before scaffolding dismantling is strictly prohibited.
Ladder (pos10) is mounted on a channel of frame (pos1) and serves for transferring of operating personnel between scaffolding lifts.
Ladder support (pos11) is used to ensure inclined position of the ladder. It is used only at the 1st lift of scaffolding.
Farme retainer (pos22) is used for connection and fixing of vertical frames.
Grip (pos14) is a steel pipe provided with a hook at one end which is used for fastening scaffolding frame to building facade.
Coupler (pos15) and swivel coupler (pos16) is used for fixing of the grip and additional elements to scaffolding frame.
Boards (pos18,19) are installed on three sides of the deck and prevent tools from falling down.
Guard rail (pos21) is a steel pipe which is used to ensure safety of personnel at work.
Diagonal brace (pos23) is a steel pipe which is used for vertical connection to increase vertical stiffness of scaffolding structure against the action of lateral wind load.
