Scaffolding elements application
Mobile scaffolding is a frame-dimensional system made of tubular elements: vertical frames, ties – diagonal and longitudinal, handrails based on castors with brakes, screws and nuts, as well as working bridge with deck, manhole and rails.

Vertical frame (pos1) is consisted of two steel pipes interconnected by cross-bars along all their height.
Two supports (pos2) are welded on the bottom of vertical pipes. The frame also serves as a ladder.
Longitudinal tie (pos3) and diagonal tie (pos5) connect first tier frames into one rigid structure. When mounting several tiers, longitudinal ties, working bridge and rails are the elements which ensure stiffness to the structure.
Support legs (pos6) serve to increase the sustainability of scaffolding.
Longitudinal ties (pos3), diagonal ties (pos4,5), support legs (pos6) and working bridge (pos8) are equipped with special retainers, which allow to fix them to the cross bars or vertical frames (pos1,2) at any desired height without using tools.
Rails (pos9) and boards (pos11) are installed on the sides of the deck and prevent tools and other materials from falling down.
