Load-bearing scaffolding

Load-bearing scaffolding Powerful load-bearing scaffolding is used to support heavy loads in industrial construction, when building bridges, roads, tunnels, junctions, when concreting thick slab encasements as well as a slab formwork in house building.

Due to the integrated fitting the assembly and dismantle are fast and easy.

Only three frame dimensions options of 0.9 m, 1.2 m and 1.8 m allow easy and stepless height adjustment.

The frames are integrated into the ladder structures that allow easy climbing up and down the scaffolding.

The upper and lower spindles allow performing precise and smooth (stepless) height adjustment.

Load-bearing scaffolding is also used while concreting slanted floorings and structures with horizontal loads. A system of statically rigid towers easily copes with this problem.

Load-bearing scaffolding allows easy in-site combination with horizontal formwork.
For example, with a 1.8 m frame it is possible to concrete covering slabs of 2.6 to 3.2 m.

Load-Bearing scaffolding – Parts Application and Description

The frames (Items 1, 2 and 3) are the key construction elements to carry vertical loads and can also be used as ladders to climb up and down the scaffolding. The Upper Crutch (4) is for formwork beams and blocks installation. The Lower Crutch (5) is for scaffolding installation. The Screws (18) fixed with a clamp (19) are winded into the upper as well as the lower crutch. The Screws have Nuts (6) winded into them. The Screws are to adjust the scaffolding height precisely. The frames along the length are to be assembled with a help of Inserts (17) and are tightened with two clamps (19). The Crosses (7-14) are to be used to assemble frames into one single rigid structure. The Skyworks (15 and 16) are to be used to mantle and dismantle the scaffolding.
