Machines for insemination
Machines for the insemination of sows provide personal care for each animal, individual feeding and preparation for further reproductive activity. Keeping sows in individual machines creates optimal conditions for control and observation after each animal. There is no display of aggression in sows during lactation in such conditions. It helps to improve the conditions of stimulation and artificial insemination.
Machines consist of side walls made of steel pipes with diameter 32 × 2mm and connected to each other with a pipe with diameter of 25 × 1,5mm, the rear doors are of different height (to improve the conditions of stimulation and artificial insemination) and can be opened both in and out with the fixation in the closed position. Machines are equipped with foot (12 × 62mm), which is rotated 360 degrees that makes it easy to assemble the machine both onto a plastic and a concrete slotted floor.
On request machines can be equipped with a tool-kit for mounting to the plastic, concrete and concrete slotted floors. A tool-kit for mounting is made of stainless steel.
Machines have a protective coating, external and internal, - hot-dip galvanizing, considered for long-life service.
Machines are equipped with an overturning feedbox with 14-liter capacity made of stainless steel.
Individual machines may be included in the automatic feed distribution system, just for this purpose there is a tube for receiving feed installed (outer diameter 70 × 2 mm).
On request machines can be equipped with nipple sipper tubes.
